BUSINESS HEAD (PERSONAL LOANS)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in marketing of financial products (preferably unsecured loans).
  • Post-Graduation in Business Administration or equivalent degree with experience in marketing of financial products.

Responsibilities:

  • As a part of the leadership team, contribute to the development of the business strategy and ensure alignment of the organization to the same.
  • Set up and develop the Personal Loan team by hiring the right talent to drive the business objectives.
  • Develop and motivate the staff in obtaining the right skills and capabilities required to meet the business objectives.
  • Develop a talent pipeline of high potential employees and hiring and developing the talent pool and ensure the retention of talent needed to achieve the business objectives.
  • As a part of the Leadership team, participate in the key decision-making processes such as business strategy, product offering, risk and financial planning and ensure achievement of the Business KPIs.
  • Responsible for setting up guidelines and policies to ensure the business is in line with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Responsible for Sales Targets,Managing& hiringof Sales Team.
  • Monitor and Drive the Personal Loan Sales target.
  • Identify and define the key metrics and indicators for tracking the performance of Personal Loans business, work with the leadership for setting the targets and drive the sales & campaigns to achieve the same.
  • Work with team in designing and driving advertising and promotional campaigns focused towards increasing visibility of product and enhancing the Personal Loan portfolio.
  • Providing inputs to set the Service Agreement and Turnaround times within the PL operations to drive customer satisfaction Job specific skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Unsecured loans industry – products, an understanding of competition offerings and best practices, risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding in the issuing of Personal Loan and the related risk, operations and controls.
  • Hands-on experience in Personal Loan Product development and management.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with decision making ability.
  • Strong networking skills within the organization and across industry forums, related agencies and authorities.

Awareness of industry best practices, prevalent and emerging trends in the market and the ability to inculcate industry best practices into the organization.
