SALES EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER (CAR LOANS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Executives/ASM are a part of the sales force whose primary responsibility is to get customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. SEs/ASMsare responsible for selling car loans (New/Used) to the customers based on their needs. They will ensure mapping of market and customers according to their need and handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure achievement of the Top line Business Targets by sourcing business
  • Meeting allocated funding target.
  • Building market position by Locating, developing, defining, and closing business deals.
  • Conduct sales promotion activities individually and through connectors in openmarket and improve relationships through expos and events, various activities etc.
  • Ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality.
  • Responsible for acquisition of channel partners for sourcing products – Connectors, DSAs etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

  • Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
  • Car Loan Sales: 1-3 years (Preferred)
  • Fresher can also be considered
  • Loan Sales: 0-1 year (Preferred)

ROLE PROFICIENCIES:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
  • Ability to manage complex client situations
  • Willingness to travel
