SALES EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER (CAR LOANS)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Executives/ASM are a part of the sales force whose primary responsibility is to get customers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. SEs/ASMsare responsible for selling car loans (New/Used) to the customers based on their needs. They will ensure mapping of market and customers according to their need and handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure achievement of the Top line Business Targets by sourcing business
- Meeting allocated funding target.
- Building market position by Locating, developing, defining, and closing business deals.
- Conduct sales promotion activities individually and through connectors in openmarket and improve relationships through expos and events, various activities etc.
- Ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality.
- Responsible for acquisition of channel partners for sourcing products – Connectors, DSAs etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- Car Loan Sales: 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Fresher can also be considered
- Loan Sales: 0-1 year (Preferred)
ROLE PROFICIENCIES:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently
- Ability to manage complex client situations
- Willingness to travel
