His expertise exceeding 14 years in the domains of debt collection, risk management, retail credit & sales in the banking & financial services industry has been instrumental in taking Neelachal Leasing & Finance to the heights that it has attained. Das has sharpened his credibility brilliantly over the years by working with prestigious banks such as the Centurion Bank of Punjab, Citigroup & ING Vysya, heading the respective departments for the State of Odisha.
